Celery is not one of my favourite foods. However I had some in my veg box (veg boxes are all about seasonal veg, not choice).

Take equal amounts of mushrooms and celery. Wash the celery and top and tail it. Roughly chop both veggies and place in a pan of equal amounts of cold oil and cold water. Add a large pinch of salt.

Cook for 20 minutes on low to medium heat, not letting it burn towards the end.

It tastes delicious and surprised me with how good it was.
